The Penny Arcade was located in the Gay '90s section near the park entrance and originally featured old time amusements such as kinetoscopes. By the time this image was made in the early '70s, the building was sporting a sign that read "Fascination," the name of a popular arcade game of the time. Note the medicine show wagon at right.
